2. Data we process
We process the name, email address, phone number, event details, selected services and options, coupon code, price estimate and message submitted through the quote form. For security we may also record the IP address, browser identifier, campaign source data (UTM) and the result of the reCAPTCHA check.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, agree a date and take steps towards a possible service contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where an enquiry is sent by a company representative, contact handling is based on our legitimate interest. Contract and billing data is processed to perform the contract and comply with legal obligations. Website security is a legitimate interest; optional analytics is based on your consent in the cookie settings.
4. Retention
- Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for no longer than one year after the last substantive contact.
- If a contract is made, related data is kept for the period required to establish or defend claims; accounting documents are kept for eight years.
- Written consumer complaints and our answers are kept for three years.
- Analytics retention follows the Google Analytics settings; consent can be withdrawn at any time.
5. Processors and recipients
We use Hetzner Online GmbH for hosting and, as needed, Brevo for transactional email and Google services for reCAPTCHA, consent-based Analytics and – after booking, if enabled – Calendar administration. Analytics loads only after permission. Hosting contact details are listed in the Legal Notice.
We only disclose data to authorities or other recipients where a law or another valid legal basis requires it.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, request data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to the email address above.
