The school ball and graduation are among the most important days of the school years. Graduates are dressed up, families and teachers are there too, and beside the official photos there is rarely time for relaxed group pictures. The Selfie Box (photo booth) gives exactly that during the reception or dinner.
Everyone steps up at their own pace: with classmates, parents, grandparents and teachers. The host helps with the queue and the photos, prints land in guests' hands instantly, and the whole class can download the digital gallery through a QR code.
The photo frame can carry the school's name, the year, the class or the graduating year's motto; the custom design is part of the base package. If you would like more formal black-and-white portraits of the graduates, Kapture Portrait can be added.

Venue
A hall, gym, restaurant or event space: we need a clear 2.5 × 2.5 metre area and a nearby 230 V socket. Access, stairs and loading times are agreed in advance.
Timing
Plan it for the reception and dinner, before the dancing, so most people try it. With a larger crowd four to six hours leaves time for everyone to get a turn.
Design
Send us the school logo, the year and the wording you want, and we design the frame. The print becomes the year group's own keepsake.

How many hours should we book for a school ball or graduation?
For a small class event three hours can be enough; at a larger year-group event four to six hours leaves time for everyone to get a turn. We suggest a duration based on the headcount and programme.
Can the school logo be on the photo?
Yes, a custom photo frame or design is part of the base package. Send the logo, the year and the wording you want.
What if there are a lot of us?
The host helps manage the queue and the booth works quickly. Above 150 guests we prepare a tailored quote based on the event details.
Do you come to schools outside Budapest?
Yes, anywhere in Hungary, for example Győr, Debrecen, Székesfehérvár, Szeged or Pécs. The countryside delivery fee is based on the distance.
What should the venue provide?
A clear 2.5 × 2.5 metre area and a nearby 230 V socket. Allow about 60 minutes for set-up.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within Budapest is 8.000 Ft. Outside Budapest we charge 125 Ft per kilometre for the return journey.
