How many hours should we book a Selfie Box for a wedding?

Three things decide how many hours you need: the number of guests, the schedule and when guests are free. During dinner most people are seated; the Selfie Box really comes alive after dinner.

Keep in mind that guests do not go all at once: they come in small groups, in waves, and many return more than once. The more guests, the more time everyone needs to get a turn and receive their print.

What do 3, 4, 5 and 6 hours mean?

The following is a guideline, not a rule: we can always suggest a duration for your guest count and schedule.

• 3 hours: a smaller wedding of around 50-70 guests or a compact programme.
• 4 hours: a medium-sized crowd, where guests come in two or three waves.
• 5 hours: a larger crowd or a longer after-dinner stretch.
• 6 hours: a long night, a big crowd, or when the Selfie Box should be part of the whole evening.

When should the Selfie Box start?

At most weddings it makes sense to start around the end of dinner, so it is available for the cake, the first dance and the party. We need about 60 minutes for set-up, which we finish before guests arrive so it does not disturb the programme.

For example: if dinner ends at 8 pm and the party continues past midnight, the Selfie Box can run for guests from 8:30 pm to 12:30 am (4 hours). We agree the exact timing once we know the venue and schedule.

Guestbook and extra prints

If you add a Classic Guestbook to the Selfie Box, you can order extra prints: one photo stays in the album beside the handwritten message and the guest takes another home. In that case, choose a slightly longer duration so everyone has time for both the message and the photos.
