Why it works
The group photo that always gets missed.
At a birthday party most guests know each other, yet a photo of everyone together rarely gets taken. The Selfie Box (also known as a photo booth or photo kiosk) solves that: guests step up in small groups at their own pace, and the picture is in their hands straight away.
The printed photo strip is a keepsake to take home, and the digital gallery can be downloaded by anyone through a QR code. Our host is on site throughout, helps your guests and looks after the equipment, so you can focus on the party.
We personalise the photo design with the guest of honour's name, the age or the theme of the party, and you can pick the props package that suits the mood (Clean, Colorful or Chaos), all as part of the base package.

Three things to plan for birthday Selfie Box hire
Timing
It works best after dinner and the cake, in the more relaxed part of the evening. Three hours can suit a smaller party; four to six hours fits a longer night or a bigger crowd.
Venue
The Selfie Box needs a clear 2.5 × 2.5 metre area and a nearby 230 V socket; set-up takes about 60 minutes. We agree stairs and access in advance.
Guests
The booth is easy to use for children and adults alike, and the host helps. For a larger group of children, tell us the headcount so we can fit the length of the programme.

Birthday booking questions.
How many hours should I book for a birthday?
For a smaller, relaxed party three hours can be enough. For a longer evening or a bigger crowd, four to six hours lets guests come back in several rounds. Extra hours can also be requested on the day; see the Prices page for the current rate.
Is it suitable for children's birthdays?
Yes. The booth is easy to use and the host helps the children. We agree the booking length and props based on the venue and headcount.
Does someone need to operate the booth?
No. The host is part of the price: they welcome guests, help with the photos and take care of printing and the gallery.
Which props are included?
A props package is part of the base package: Clean is understated, Colorful is bright and playful, Chaos brings masks and bold hats. AI Portrait and photo keychains can be added as extras.
Do you cover birthdays outside Budapest?
Yes, across Hungary, for example to Győr, Debrecen, Székesfehérvár, Szeged or Pécs. The countryside delivery fee is based on the distance and is shown on the Prices page.
When should I book?
As soon as you have the date and venue, let us know: that secures your slot and leaves time to agree the photo design.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within Budapest is 8.000 Ft. Outside Budapest we charge 125 Ft per kilometre for the return journey.
