FAQ
Good to know about Selfie 360 hire
Are the safety barriers included?
Yes. The platform, lighting and standard safety barriers are all part of the base package.
How do guests receive their videos?
Videos are available instantly by QR code for digital download and sharing.
Can the video be branded for a company event?
Yes. A logo and custom video overlay are included at no extra charge. We confirm the exact visual treatment in the quote.
How much space does Selfie 360 need?
We recommend a clear 3 × 3 metre area and 2.4 metre ceiling height for the platform, camera arm and safety barriers, with a nearby 230 V socket.
How does set-up work?
We normally need 60-90 minutes before opening. Access, stairs, loading restrictions and unusual ceiling heights should be shared in advance.
Is Selfie 360 the same as a 360 photo booth or video booth?
Yes, 360 video booth, 360 photo booth and video platform all describe the same thing: a small platform guests stand on while a camera rotates around them. Kapture Selfie 360 adds an on-site host, a custom video overlay and instant digital sharing.
Do you deliver outside Budapest?
Yes, across Hungary, for example to Győr, Debrecen, Székesfehérvár, Szeged or Pécs. The countryside delivery fee is based on the distance and is shown on the Prices page.
How long should we book?
Three hours suits a compact programme; four to six hours gives a larger or longer event more time to keep the experience available.
